I am a caesarean mum. That doesn’t make me any less of a mum. It just means I went through surgery to save mine and my child’s life

Did you know..
Scientists have found fetal cells in scar tissues. Specifically left by c-sections. These cells can make collagen, so the baby could actually be helping the mum recover after birth by repairing wounds. The cells your baby leaves behind will be with you forever. Amazing right?

No my body isn’t what my body was before pregnancy, no it never will be like that again. From the stretch marks, to the ruined belly, from the faded lines to the purple.. Your body grew life from scratch. Your body is incredible. Don’t let anyone take that away from you. Also, don’t let anyone tell you that you had the easy way out, because I can assure you that being read terms and conditions that you could possibly be paralysed for the rest of your life, or that the pressure of the contractions was crushing my baby was not “easy”.
