Happy October! Pumpkin season is officially here. Almost anything can be pumpkin inspired. Including these 3 lactation recipes, which are loaded with ingredients that will help boost your milk supply. We hope you enjoy!

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Peanut Flour
- 1/2 cup Water (to mix into peanut flour)
- 1/2 can Pumpkin puree
- 1 scoop Milk Dust Protein Powder
- 4-5 tbsp Coconut Flour (to get desired texture)
- 1 tbsp Pumpkin pie spice
- 1/8 cup Baking Stevia (or ganulated sweetener of choice)
- 1 tsp Sea salt

Ingredients:
- 1 C whole wheat or oat flour
- 1/2 C brown sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1 large egg
- 3/4 C canned pumpkin puree
- 1/4 C milk (I used almond milk)
- 1/4 C canola oil
- 1 C old fashioned oats
- 1/2 C raisins or chopped dates (optional)
- 1/4 C ground golden flax seeds
- 2 tblsp. brewer’s yeast

- 1 Cup – Butter (Softened)
- 1 TSP – Vanilla Extract
